The Special Session has been included in the 1st IEEE International Conference on Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems (IEEE ICPS 2018) programme, May 15-18, 2018, Saint Petersburg, Russia. All accepted paper will appear in IEEE Xplore Digital Library and the good quality paper may be considered for publication in IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics subjects to further rounds of review.
