The 16th IEEE International Conference on Cognitive Informatics and Cognitive Computing (ICCI*CC'17) will be held at Oxford University, UK, during July 26-28, 2017 (http://www.ucalgary.ca/icci_cc/iccicc-17). The IEEE ICCI*CC series is a flagship conference of its field sponsored by IEEE Computer, Computational Intelligence, and SMC Societies. The theme of ICCI*CC’17 is on Neurocomputation, Cognitive Machine Learning, and Brain-Inspired Systems.

You are welcome to submit a paper to IEEE ICCI*CC'17 or to organize a special session related to the theme of the conference. The Proceedings of ICCI*CC'17 will be published by IEEE CS Press (EI Indexed). A good rate of selected papers from the proceedings will be published in leading international journals and/or IEEE transactions with EI/ISI indexes.
